In the lead yourself into the future day, we had a lot of team building tasks as the day was focused on leadership and teamwork. One of the main one was when we had to do a planking competition where 6 people had to be planking and if they got tired they would have to switch with somebody else. 6 people at all times had to be planking and there was 10 people per group. What really killed us was when for a split second we had five people. We were told there would be a delicious surprise so we would kill each other for the prize. We were doing particularly we’ll say, competitive gestures. In the intense moments we would drop to 6 people to because we always had 7 people out for good measure but a guess that wasn’t enough because 2 people fell at the same time disqualifying us. In the end we all got icy poles so we began to calm down with the “competitive gestures” which was quite nice.
